I finally got a chance to look the place over today. It's not very big at all, under 800 square feet(not including basement, garage, and 3 acres of land of course)and is certainly going to take some work to get looking like a young Designer's pad, but it'll be a nice spot.

Backyard--that red shed is not actually on "my" property. The other building (they call it the "pump house") is, I could do something funky with it....

Oh, I do have more detailed pictures on Flickr but have them set as "private," so if for some reason you want to see them you just sign up for a Flickr account, then I can grant you access, then you can login to Flickr and...or I could just email you some.
