It's not just houseblogging, it's trimblogging!

This is what I was talking about in the last post about the crown molding not working with the(much older)ceiling finish, it's too big. I don't think it's appropriate for the direction I want to go anyway, so it's outta there, it's gone! My first big executive decision as a homeowner, wohoo....


...and after getting it down and seeing the large unfinished gaps, I said to myself 'way to go Holmes(that's Mike, not Sherlock,) now what?' Ah well, it'll be worth it...right?
